About the role
Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always ready to give it a red‐hot go! They provide friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, ensuring every experience counts. When customers visit us, they are greeted by passionate team members eager to offer tools and advice to turn any DIY dream into a reality. Whether it's finding the right product or sharing expert tips, our team is here to help every step of the way.
We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role.
This is a full‐time position covering weekdays and weekends. Shifts range from store opening to closing hours.
Responsibilities
* Provide customers with the best experience across the store.
* Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy.
* Serve customers with a smile at our checkout registers.
* Join a team that is supportive, inclusive, makes a difference in the community, and has fun doing it.
Qualifications
* Genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm.
* Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
* Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store.
* Act with integrity, be safe and do your best.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends.
