About the Role
Our reputation and work load is growing and we now have a vacancy for an experienced Full Time Demolition Labourer/Supervisor to join the team.
Your daily duties would include but not be limited to:
* Supervise a small team of labourers
* Drive trucks to site & tip
* Load/Unload demolition waste
* Demolish/strip existing structures as directed
* Using basic hand tools e.g. sledgehammer, pinch bar etc
* Using hand power tools e.g. concrete saw, grinder, jackhammers etc
* Intermediate level skills in operating hand power tools including concrete saws, grinders and jackhammers are required
* Working flexible hours including day /night shifts
About You
Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience you'll have/hold:
A minimum of 12 months previous demolition or construction experience is required for this position.
* Current Construction White Card, Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness certifications - ESSENTIAL
* Valid Drivers License and your own reliable car transport
* A current car licence (C class) is required for this position
* Full driver's licence is required for this role
* Ability to work in a team or unsupervised
* Excellent communication skills, reliable and be physically fit
* Flexibility to travel to various work sites
* Hand tool experience
* Hold a HR Licence (desirable)
