We're seeking a visionary Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Elegance Lounge Seafood Bar and Grill, a premier destination for refined seafood dining in Devonport. What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior kitchen role (Head Chef or Sous Chef)
* Proven leadership in high-end or seafood-focused venues
* Passion for creative menu development and seasonal sourcing
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations, compliance, and team management
* Ability to uphold and evolve our brand's elegant, ocean-inspired identity
