We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Trainer and Assessor. This role will involve coordinating the planning and delivery of Apprenticeships training programmes across our organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues and external partners to create apprenticeship opportunities that enable staff to develop and progress. Key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating the planning and delivery of Apprenticeship training programmes.
* Facilitating face-to-face support to evidence acquisition of the required knowledge, skills, and behaviours of the apprenticeship standard.
* Carrying a caseload of Apprentices and planning support through all aspects of their programme, including in-learning, gateway, and successful achievement of the End Point Assessment.
* Complying with all processes in line with funding requirements and accredited programmes.
