Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on transactional accuracy
* Able to adapt to various software and systems
* Prior customer service and general accounts administration experience
* Background in call center operations is advantageous
* Excellent team player with robust communication skills (written and verbal)
