I'm currently looking for an Organisational Development Specialist to join a human services organisation. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a collaborative, creative, and high-impact L&D/OD team that's reshaping how capability and culture are built across the business. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary up to $140k plus super.
Your new role
Key duties for this role will include:
* Develop and facilitate soft skills programs for leaders and teams.
* Curate and recommend learning resources across various topics.
* Enhance access to learning via intranet and digital platforms.
* Co-develop technical learning programs with subject matter experts.
* Lead and deliver OD programs aligned with strategic goals.
* Build internal networks to support consultation and collaboration.
* Design fit-for-purpose initiatives that enable smooth adoption of change.
* Create high-quality materials including presentations, tools, and training packages.
* Explore innovative communication and training methods.
What you'll need to succeed
* A passionate OD/L&D professional with experience in human services organisations.
* Someone with energy, creativity, and drive who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
* Tech-savvy and confident with tools like Canva and LMS platforms
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills
