AWB Co is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company operating across Perth and Adelaide. We are registered builders, licensed electrical, plumbing, and gas fitting contractors, based in Osborne Park and proudly serve the Perth metropolitan area. We are seeking a HR & Culture Coordinator to own the people side of what we do – and do it well. This is a part-time role of three days per week, with flexible days and hours to suit the right person. You'll be the glue that holds the people function together, from posting a job ad to someone's fifth work anniversary email. No two weeks look the same.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing end-to-end recruitment – writing ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and keeping the pipeline moving
* Owning onboarding and off-boarding, making sure people start (and leave) with a great experience
* Preparing contracts, letters of offer, and employment documentation in line with the relevant Award and legislation
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR data in Zoho People and folders
* Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries – someone people actually feel comfortable coming to
* Supporting managers through performance, disciplinary, and grievance processes with the right documentation and a steady hand
* Keeping us compliant with the Fair Work Act, NES, and applicable Modern Awards
* Triaging HR helpdesk enquiries through Zoho Desk with timeliness and care
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
* Minimum 3 years experience in an HR coordinator role
* Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and Modern Award interpretation
* Demonstrated experience running end-to-end recruitment
* Confident drafting HR correspondence – contracts, letters, policies and procedures
* Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus points for experience with Zoho Recruit or Zoho Desk – and construction industry experience is a plus, not a requirement.
