Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration Manager to join our team in delivering exceptional support services.


Key Responsibilities:

* To provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
* To lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* To maintain accurate records, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform banking reconciliations.
* To assist Franchisees with tasks including creditors, debtors, payroll, cash books, recruitment, and monthly reporting.


Requirements:

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Experience in office management and team leadership.
* Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
* Competent computer skills with advanced knowledge in Excel and Word.
