The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in the national head office in Pyrmont. This is a permanent full‐time opportunity. You will report to the National Credit Supervisor and be responsible for maintaining debtors within the limits of the Company's policy, protecting the company's investments, maximising cash flow, minimising losses and improving recoveries of Australian debtors.

What you'll be responsible for
* Managing debtor accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts and maintaining debts at acceptable levels
* Proactive and reactive communication with customers, developing relationships with them and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate cash collections
* Managing disputes and ensuring regular follow‐up or escalation as appropriate
* Producing accurate and timely reports to monitor accounts
* Reviewing and reporting on results against set and agreed KPIs with the Manager on a regular basis, discussing and recording targets to actual performance
* Reducing aged debt
What you'll need to be successful
* At least 1 year of experience within credit control or accounts receivable
* Experience using Excel
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
