Job Summary:
Safely operate and monitor autonomous drill fleets, executing planning and pattern management across multiple machines. Maintain strong communication with maintainers and field personnel, recording and updating breakdowns, delays, and daily operational data.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience with Flanders autonomous drilling systems combined with previous mine control experience
* Strong background in manned drilling operations
* Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
* Proven multitasking capability across competing priorities
