Full time, fixed term until November 2025 (parental leave backfill) Based at either our Cairns Nguma-bada campus or Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus $85,816.60 - $92,948.21 per year plus up to 17% employer superannuation contributions, leave loading and other generous employee benefits ABOUT THE ROLE As a Digital Campaigns Officer, you'll be the creative force behind impactful digital marketing campaigns—automated and non-automated—that boost brand awareness and increase student engagement. You will plan, create, optimise and report on digital campaigns that run across a variety of digital channels including paid social, search, email automation, digital video and audio and landing page creation. You will be a digital native that has a solid understanding of digital ecosystems and how to optimise them to increase campaign performance. You will work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver results, analyse data to inform continuous improvement, and play a key role in a collaborative team culture that values creativity, innovation, and excellence. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Degree qualifications and experience or a combination of extensive experience, education and training. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering effective campaigns and projects on time that meet client requirements and grow engagement on digital marketing platforms. Effective computer literacy and a demonstrated ability to collect, analyse and utilise a range of data to review and evaluate the strategic achievements of a project or event. Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to maintain working relationships, including demonstrated ability to consult and liaise with varying levels of stakeholders to achieve outcomes for the organisation. Significant organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines, and an established record of exercising judgement and initiative. Special Conditions This position may be required to travel within the region including overnight stays and perform after-hours work on occasion. It is a requirement of this position to hold a current Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card) and a current ‘C’ class Queensland Drivers Licence.
