Qualifications and skills Experience leading a large hospitality and events team in a fast-paced environment with a focus on commercial outcomes. Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety, Liquor Licensing, Food Safety, and ability to hold a Queensland Liquor Approved Manager licence. Strong organisational skills for logistics and event management. Excellent relationship-building skills with staff, suppliers, and customers. Financial management experience, including budgets and operations. Decision-making skills prioritising safety and aligning with university values. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with leadership qualities for supervising staff.
