The Role Reporting to the Village Manager, you'll support the smooth running of a vibrant retirement community. From managing staff and budgets to ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional resident experiences, this role combines operational leadership with genuine care.
What You'll Do
* Assist with day-to-day operations including hospitality, maintenance, and administration.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
* Drive resident satisfaction and manage move-in/move-out processes.
* Oversee budgets, billing, and compliance with relevant legislation.
* Act as deputy for the Village Manager when required.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years in an operational leadership role managing people and budgets.
* Background in property, hospitality, aged care, or community services.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for working with older Australians.
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 environment when needed.
