Key Responsibilities
Job Description:
* To provide a supportive and caring environment for youth in the Intensive Therapeutic Care Program.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for youth.

* To identify and respond to the needs of youth, including their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
* Experience working with youth in a therapeutic setting.
