**Job description**:
This Brisbane based Federal Government Agency are looking to engage two HR officers to join their highly performing People and Culture Branch on a 12 month non-ongoing contract with possible extensions.
**About the Role**
The HR Advisor works closely within the team and other areas across People Branch to ensure a high level of customer service to internal and external clients.
The role will involve supporting with developing, reviewing, and updating employment related policies, procedures, delegations and instruments and provide timely and expert employment relations advice to business areas about HR matters. A component of the role will also include undertaking the secretariat function for the Agency National Consultative Forum.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Have the ability to engage and develop robust collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to be a key team player, working with others to achieve effective outcomes.
- For the APS5 Level experience in a HR role in an APS context will be highly regarded
- For the APS6 Level experience in providing technical, specialist and/or complex HR advice in an APS context will be highly regarded.
