We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team and help deliver the high‑quality coffee and service our customers love.

About the Role

As a Barista at Red Cacao, you'll be part of a fast‑paced, friendly team focused on quality, consistency, and connection with our guests. You'll take pride in every cup you serve and help maintain the welcoming, community‑focused vibe that Red Cacao is known for.


Requirements for this role

* Flexible hours available
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role


Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve high‑quality espresso‑based coffees and other beverages.
* Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the coffee and service areas.
* Work collaboratively with the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams.
* Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations.

About You

You'll be a great fit if you are:

* Experienced in specialty coffee or café service (minimum 1 year preferred).
* Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and customer experience.
* Reliable, energetic, and calm under pressure.
* Friendly and approachable with a team‑oriented mindset.
* Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends.

A keen interest in chocolate and desserts is a plus — we'll happily teach you about our handcrafted creations
