We are seeking a skilled Employment Consultant to join our team at the Salvation Army's Employment Plus (EPlus) centre in Beenleigh. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in empowering job seekers to find employment and achieve their goals.

At Employment Plus, we have been helping people find work since 1998 as part of the Australian Government's Employment Services network. We have worked with over 200,000 businesses across Australia and seen more than half a million Australians successfully placed in employment.
Your Role
* Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers and provide individualised support to help them overcome barriers to employment.
* Actively engage with job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes and identify opportunities for reverse marketing to employers.
* Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready.
About You
* You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and are confident in your ability to build rapport with job seekers.
* You are a self-starter who thrives on achieving meaningful results and problem-solving.
* You have experience in achieving business targets and KPIs and possess computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
