Overview

Ability Action Australia are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. AAA have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.

We are expanding our team in Campbelltown and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated independent Physiotherapist Contractor to join us in making a positive impact in our community. We are open to applications from Physiotherapists in Campbelltown with experience working with NDIS participants.

Responsibilities

- Assessing participants\' physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
- Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
- Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence

Qualifications

- Current registration with AHPRA as Physiotherapist.
- Experience working with NDIS participants.
- Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- Police clearance, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Active ABN.
