Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in turning data into meaningful insights that improve customer experiences across three NDIS-focused brands: Plan Partners, Plan Tracker and My Plan Support. You will enable smarter decisions, power stronger performance across digital channels, and help create smoother, more intuitive digital experiences for NDIS participants and their support networks. About the role At MMS, clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Digital analytics & measurement Owning and evolving digital analytics frameworks across GA4, GTM, Salesforce and Power BI Ensuring scalable, accurate tracking and tagging across multiple digital products and websites Maintaining and improving the marketing attribution model Recommending and implementing product analytics tools for adoption, engagement and conversion measurement Reporting & insights Delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on digital and marketing performance Providing clear, actionable insights on funnel performance and customer behaviour Conducting channel and campaign analysis across paid media, SEO and owned channels Tracking brand and competitor performance to inform strategy Optimisation & experimentation Executing A/B and multivariate testing to drive optimisation Identifying and prioritising customer journey improvements with Marketing, CX and Product teams Translating insights into recommendations that improve conversion, engagement and customer outcomes Product & delivery support Writing user stories to support marketing and tracking requirements Participating in UAT for digital releases, tracking and reporting Working in an Agile environment alongside Product, UX and Technology teams Managing agency relationships supporting SEO, paid media and analytics To be considered for this role you will possess the following: A customer-centric mindset with strong understanding of the end-to-end customer journey Proven experience in digital analytics, performance marketing or marketing intelligence Strong technical skills across GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and CRM platforms like Salesforce Experience working in Agile delivery environments Ability to manage your own workload while collaborating with cross-functional teams Demonstrated capability translating briefs into data-led digital solutions Experience with A/B and multivariate testing (highly regarded) What we can offer you: Novated leasing benefits and discounts 12 weeks paid parental leave and access to our Parents Portal Comprehensive learning and development opportunities to support your career growth Sonder digital wellbeing platform, providing personalised support 24/7, plus annual flu vaccinations Default Income Protection Insurance reimbursed for members of the MMS Default Super Fund Exempt Employee Share Plan Embracing our value of Everyone Matters we hold a collective commitment to foster an environment where all differences are valued and respected.
