In the role of Business Banking Executive, you will join the Regional and Agribusiness team that's doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
* Lead and develop a team of Business Bankers to achieve strong customer and commercial outcomes
* Manage a diversified portfolio with a strong focus on agribusiness clients
* Build and strengthen relationships with business customers to understand their needs
* Provide tailored financial solutions to help clients achieve their goals
* Stay across market trends to identify growth opportunities for both customers and the bank
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Banker with agribusiness exposure
* Strong ties to the local community and an understanding of the regional business landscape
* Deep knowledge of business banking products and solutions
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* A proactive, customer‐focused and results‐driven mindset
