Job Description
About the opportunity…
Reporting to the Regional Implementation Manager, the Senior Implementation Consultant is expected to make contributions to the deployment and development of all Payroll, Rostering, Time & Attendance solutions ELMO offers, and the TMS platform.
The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for the effective delivery of ELMO's Payroll, Rostering, Time & Attendance offerings to the clients that they are involved with. The Senior Implementation Consultant is expected to manage and document the configuration of ELMO systems for the client, and to also assist team members by providing coaching & support for ELMO processes and practices.
This will include taking a proactive role in assisting the Regional Implementation Manager in raising the skills levels of the team across all ELMO's product range and working on internal initiatives to support the team's success.
The core role of the Senior Implementation Consultant includes but is not limited to:
- Gaining an in-depth knowledge of all Payroll, Rostering, Time & Attendance solutions ELMO offers, and the TMS platform.
- Manage a larger share of complex and strategic projects.
- Work collaboratively with the implementation leadership team to drive initiatives, and support the team's needs.
- Assist Regional Implementation Manager in coaching/mentoring and onboarding of new team members.
- Leading the documentation and maintenance of the Payroll Implementation Team documentation both for internal and external use.
- Assisting team members with queries and troubleshooting in team Slack channels.
- In the absence of the Regional Implementation Manager, leading team meetings and moving into an acting Team Leader role, when required (optional and subject to capacity).
- Participating in new candidate interviews (peer interview), when required (optional and subject to capacity).
- Designing and developing ELMO Talent Management solutions in accordance with client specifications, and in line with published ELMO Learning standards and procedures.
- Analysing client needs to develop a thorough understanding of their needs.
- Completion of Scoping & Reconfiguration projects.
- Ensuring the quality production and output of ELMO Talent Management solutions in adherence to all published ELMO Learning quality control standards and procedures.
- Maintaining all records associated with the design, development and implementation of Talent Management solution, Payroll and RTA.
- Establishing and maintaining long term relationships with strategic key client contacts.
- Creating an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
- Facilitating problem solving and collaboration.
- Representing ELMO in all client communications in a manner befitting the Company's professional expectations.
- Modelling the ELMO values in all internal and external interactions.
- Troubleshooting system related items for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Logging and maintaining records of all system-relating troubleshooting (technical queries, user errors).
- Logging all hours in Accelo and maintaining project plans on at least a weekly basis.
- Escalating technical issues where appropriate (system bugs, application enhancements), and assisting in their prompt resolution.
- Ensuring compliance with ELMO's information security privacy policies and procedures.
