Gayndah State School is located in the Wide Bay Burnett area, approximately 150 kilometres west of Maryborough. The school has a strong focus on academic excellence and provides opportunities for students to develop their skills and interests.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant teaching qualification
* Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland
* Employment for pre-service/graduate teachers will be subject to the successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification and meeting the minimum requirements as a teacher with the department
* Working rights in Australia
