Responsibilities
* A/P clerk ensures accuracy of accounting needs on a weekly-monthly and annual basis
* Handle financial records
* Paying vendors
* Balancing factory statements
* Timely record keeping of accounting information to our inventory
* Prepare customer invoices
* Call vendors for our payments
* Reconcile A/P and receivables schedules
* Do daily deposits
* Maintain petty cash flow
* 1099 filing
* Send monthly invoices
Job Requirements
* Experience with CDK software
* Background in the automotive industry
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Automotive business office experience (minimum 1+ years)
* Strong computer skills
* Strong communication skills
* Time management skills
* Problem solving skills
* Professional and on time
* Deal with confidential information discreetly
