**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate interior designer to join this team who genuinely wants to make a difference. This role offers you the ability to continue to grow and engage in a wide range of projects from briefing and concept all the way through to construction. You will have the ability to work across multiple sectors and make a difference in meaningful ways at various stages of people's lives.
You will have be involved in all phases and aspects of interior design, including:
- Contributing to all project phases, from concept design and space planning to design development, documentation, in office construction management, and contract administration.
- Participating in client briefings, workshops, and design development activities.
- Creating and documenting designs using Revit, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to execution.
- Preparing visually stunning presentations, and effectively communicating designs using tools such as Revit, Enscape, Indesign, Photoshop, Sketchup, VR, and more.
- Collaborating harmoniously within both small and larger teams to achieve outstanding results.
**About You**:
You are someone who loves what they do and are looking for a place to work that respects what you have to bring to the design process. You enjoy designing spaces that make a difference and you genuinely care about people and the effect design can have one them. **Ideally, you will have.**
- Relevant qualifications in Interior Design or Interior Architecture (minimum Diploma)
- A solid base of experience, at least 2 to 4 years experience in interior design
- Strong capabilities in contributing to all project phases, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to your work.
- A solid understanding of fundamental Building Codes and related regulations and specifications, guaranteeing compliance and safety in your designs.
- Proven experience having used RevitExcellent presentation and rendering skills, using tools like Sketchup, Indesign, Photoshop, Enscape, Rhino, and Office Suite to enhance your design concepts further.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with team members, consultants, and clients alike.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to projects, showcasing your dedication to delivering outstanding results.
- A strong sense of personal pride and accountability for your work, ensuring the highest quality standards are met consistently.
- The ability to work cohesively as part of a team and autonomously, displaying your versatility in different work environments.
- Capability to multitask and handle multiple projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
