About the Role
We are seeking a confident and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of a high-profile flagship store at Chadstone. You'll play a key role in driving performance, inspiring your team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 6 to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and deliver outstanding service.
- Drive a customer-first culture, building strong connections with regulars and new clientele.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including stock, rostering, and visual merchandising.
- Analyse business reports and make commercial decisions to maximise results.
- Act as a trusted 2IC, supporting the Store Manager while confidently running the store when required.
