**About the Role & The Organisation**
This organisation is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that has had a presence in local communities in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria for 70 years, with their corporate office located in Brisbane. This role is a 2 month temporary contract until the end of December. This position is ideal for a gun HR Administrator or Administrator looking to expand their current skillset. You will work closely with the Human Resources Manager who will offer you support and guidance within your role, developing and guiding you across all areas of the employment life cycle.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Onboarding new employees (reviewing paperwork accordingly to checklists, inputting into the HRIS, saving employment packs to files;
- Liaising with new employees/leaders regarding outstanding/incorrect information;
- Entering other personal data in HRIS (updating drivers licence, worker screening, vaccination information);
- Maintenance of the HR inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner;
- Have a genuine commitment to the purpose ad values of the organisation, to ensure exceptional customer service.
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience as a HR Administrator or Administrator;
- Experience with Peoplesoft - highly desirable;
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, in conjunction with logical and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Currently hold Blue Card, NDIS Workers Screening and valid police check.
