Wine Sales Manager
As Wine Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our commercial success. You'll lead a diverse sales team, build strong relationships with distributors and trade partners, and champion our brand within Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue across wholesale and retail avenues
* Manage and nurture relationships with distributors, trade partners, and key accounts
* Identify new business opportunities and market trends
* Collaborate with Venue Manager, D2C Manager and cellar door teams to align brand messaging and promotions
* Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast growth
* Represent Golding Wines at trade shows, tastings, and industry events
About You
* Proven experience in wine, beverage, or FMCG sales
* Strong network within the wine trade and hospitality sectors
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
* Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach
* Passion for wine and the Adelaide Hills region
* Willingness to travel and represent the brand within Australia
