We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Interior Design Drafter.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior detailing, cabinetry, joinery, and construction documentation.
Key responsibilities include producing complete sets of construction drawings and interior documentation using AutoCAD, preparing detailed cabinetry and joinery drawings, developing layouts, electrical plans, finishes schedules, and other key documentation.
The successful candidate will also have the ability to read and interpret architectural plans and translate design intent into construction-level detail. They will be highly organized, able to work independently, and manage timelines efficiently.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Producing construction drawings and interior documentation
* Preparing detailed cabinetry and joinery drawings
* Developing layouts, electrical plans, finishes schedules, and other key documentation
* Translating concept designs and sketches into detailed technical documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
* Digital portfolio demonstrating documentation for cabinetry, joinery, and interior fit-outs
* At least 2 years' post-graduate experience in residential interior design documentation
