Supporting a growth program, this role will oversee a mix of internal teams and contractors undertaking Electrical, Plumbing, Painting / Decorating, Glazier, Carpentry and building minor works / renovations to $200K.Base CriteriaFacilities Project Supervisory experience (ideally trade qualified) with 5+ years Building Repairs, Upgrades and Project Management experience within Aged Care, Education or government buildings.Outline DutiesSupport and manage the efficient and effective delivery of multiple day-to-day minor works or refurbishment projects ($20K to $200K each); providing key leadership and direction to direct trades and sub-contractors.Strong stakeholder engagement skills to communicate effectively with Facilities Managers and Property Managers.Skills and AttributesOver 5 years industry experience, you will have gained at least 3 years Project Supervisory experience within an organisation delivering Minor Works to a mix of multi-site premises.You will have excellent Project Supervisory skills, able to undertake site walk-rounds and identify scope of works, arrange and manage contractors.An excellent communicator, with strong English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions, management and direction to direct trades and contractors; while liaising internally at Director level.Strong stakeholder skills, effectively liaising with Facilities and Property Managers.For further information, please contact members of our Hard FM / Building Services Engineering team running this role:Stuart McKenzie, Sector LeadShannon Walsh, APAC ConsultantDeal with experienced professionals, AustCorp's FM lead recruiters have over 95 years industry experience!
