Clinical Governance Manager
Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Manager to lead our clinical governance systems, education and frameworks. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery through robust governance, risk management, continuous improvement practices and oversight of clinical education across our care teams.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of aged care and disability care frameworks, as well as proven clinical leadership capability including staff mentorship, training and supervision. They will also have the ability to lead audits, policy development and continuous improvement programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Key Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Minimum 5 years in a clinical governance, quality or risk leadership role
* Deep understanding of aged care and disability care frameworks (ACQS, NDIS)
Desirable Qualities:
* Proven track record of leading clinical governance, quality or risk initiatives
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience in training and mentoring clinical staff
