The Role
We’re excited to share an opportunity to join Pure Insights as a Group Facilitator for our transformative men’s program. This empowering initiative is designed to support male participants in overcoming personal barriers, building resilience, and crafting a pathway toward personal growth and sustainable change.
As a Group Facilitator, you’ll deliver this structured program twice a week over six weeks in Frankston, guiding participants through interactive and reflective sessions that integrate storytelling, psychoeducation, goal-setting, and ceremony.
About You:

* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields - Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health or Behavioural Science
* Demonstrated experience in group facilitation or therapeutic group programs
* A strong understanding of behavioural change, personal development, and mental wellbeing
* A passion for supporting men through reflective, strengths-based, and purpose-driven programming
* The ability to foster trust, safety, and engagement within a group setting
* Confidence in managing group dynamics and responding calmly to challenges
* Work Authorisation: Australia (Required).
* Experience in clinical and counselling interventions, with an ability to liaise and support service providers.
* Ability to work competently and independently with a diverse and complex case load.
* Ability to create meaningful connections and trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
* Proven oral and written communication skills including demonstrated experience writing comprehensive reports, correspondence and intervention plans.
* Access to a laptop with internet connectivity.
* Must be willing to undertake both a Federal Police Check and Working with Children check.

Job Type: Casual (With the potential to expand to a permanent role)
Schedule: Day shift - 8.30am - 5pm between Monday - Friday, No weekends
