**Job Summary:**
A Design Coordinator is required to work on a full-time basis on a diverse range of projects.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' experience in the Civil Construction industry, managing and ensuring project delivery in line with Client requirements and expectations.
This role involves undertaking Temporary Works Coordination, completion of Design Packages, coordination of design inputs, liaison with design and construction teams, and management of construction phase support budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Temporary Works Coordination for the project
* Completion of Design Packages to IFC
* Coordination of design inputs for Design Development
* Liaison with design and construction teams
* Management of construction phase support budgets
* Issue variations to sub-consultants for additional works
* Assistance in closing out artefacts in the VA Matrices
* Liaison with Project Commercial team
* Management of design change process
* Coordination of As Built Drainage
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success managing and ensuring project delivery in line with Client requirements and expectations
* Relevant Engineering Degree
* Cert IV in Project Management or equivalent level of competence is highly desirable but not essential
