About This Role
You could be a Leading Hand ready for a step up or an experienced Foreman looking for a new opportunity. If you have a great attitude, career focused and want to work on a variety of large projects around Sydney, this would be an ideal position for you.
* Oversee operations on site, ensuring landscape and civil works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
* Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment across various project phases
* Interpret and implement construction plans, drawings, and specifications with precision
* Manage the installation of earthworks, drainage, retaining walls, pavements, irrigation systems, turfing, and planting
* Monitor and enforce site safety, environmental standards, and quality control procedures
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants to resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project progress
* Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and resource planning to meet project timelines
* Maintain accurate daily site records, including progress updates, site inspections, and incident reports

Requirements
* Experience in landscaping and/or civil works (ideally in commercial or infrastructure projects).
* Strong leadership skills - you know how to keep a team motivated and productive.
* A solid understanding of site safety, machinery, and construction processes.
* A proactive, problem solving mindset - you don't wait to be told what to do.
* Drivers' license (a must)

The salary bracket depending on experience is $110,000 - $130,000 + super + veichle and everything else you will require to suceed in the position.
