About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director at our centre in Albany. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of our organisation and delivering high-quality early learning and care services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
* Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
* Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
Requirements:
* Diploma OR Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
