The Opportunity We're looking for a capable CNC Machinist who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes ownership of their work from start to finish. This role suits someone who : Takes pride in precision and consistently delivers quality work Is comfortable working independently and making decisions on the floor Shows up ready to contribute from the start of shift Enjoys problem-solving and improving how things are done Understands the discipline and consistency required for FIFO work You'll be working across CNC milling and turning in a modern, air-conditioned workshop using SolidWorks and SolidCAM, with full exposure to the complete manufacturing process.
