Key Role Responsibilities:
This role involves supervising a small team and ensuring high standards of customer service across all areas of the business.
* Supervise a small team on a day-to-day basis to ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
* Act as primary liaison for franchise, retail, and wholesale customers, building strong relationships and providing exceptional support.
* Collaborate with directors to update training for franchise stores, focusing on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Coordinate effective operations in collaboration with directors to contribute to the success of the business.
* Ensure compliance with WHS and safe food handling & hygiene legislation and practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Relevant experience in sales support, franchising, or related industries is an advantage, but not essential. A love of coffee is appreciated!
