Your role within our Social and Affordable Housing Growth department will support us to drive and implement new investment opportunities in partnership with the community housing sector. This involves delivering new social and affordable housing supply across Queensland, which helps individuals every day.
Housing Development's contribution is to deliver innovative program development and project management supporting our investment in housing supply. We work collaboratively with the community housing sector, not-for-profit partners, for-profit partners, and government agencies to achieve a more effective service system.
The objective of this role is to contribute towards achieving a more integrated service system for clients requiring housing assistance.
Purpose
* To participate in projects related to Social Affordable Housing through the Queensland Government’s Investment Pipeline

Key Responsibilities:
* Create reports on planning activities; data analysis as well as submission evaluation documents that enhance delivery options for social/affordable homes under QHIs Project Governance framework (including MS Excel dashboards & charts)
*, Analyze risks involved against current market trends ensuring prudent decision making business risk mitigation practices; And determine commercial financial policy advice used effectively while advising stakeholders regarding key contract negotiations necessary reducing asset liabilities/responsibility regulations Nominated early discussion utilizing sound legal contractual documentation particularly knowledgeable asset trusts method adoption all site development OTR previous treating down below assessment including guidance interactions.
