RESPONSIBILITIES(IMMEDIATE)
* Processing invoices and bills through Dext
* Reconciling accounts in Xero
RESPONSIBILITIES(FUTURE)
There is a lot of potential for growth in this role as you gain confidence and knowledge. In time, you will take over your own client files and can grow into an intermediate or senior role, to eventually become an account manager.
BONUS POINTS
These are not role requirements, though it would be great if you have previous experience with:
* Admin/finance
* Xero
* Dext
* Asana
* Accounts payable/receivable applicable, you don't necessarily need to have had bookkeeping experience
