Be apart of a growing Private Credit firm with nuanced and interesting products that are proving a USP in the market. This role would be across the due diligence, modelling and pitch desks supporting directors and portfolio managers.
The Role
Triage, structure and assess transactions across Real Estate asset finance; confirm policy fit and recommend structures (term, residual / balloon, security, guarantees as appropriate).
Complete servicing calculations and prepare credit memos.
Liaise directly with BDMs and credit officers to workshop transactions, negotiate mitigants and resolve queries quickly.
Manage credit conditions from conditional approval to final sign-off; anticipate / document lender questions to lift first-pass approval outcomes.
Perform QA on all deals prior to submission.
Coordinate valuation / PPSR requirements and keep files audit-ready.
The Ideal Candidate
5+ years in lending / Private Credit or senior broker support in asset / equipment finance.
Capacity to read and analyse company financial data.
Confident communicating directly with BDMs / credit teams; able to negotiate and document mitigants succinctly.
High throughput with accuracy; excellent writing skills and CRM discipline.
Tools : Findesk (or similar), lender portals, Microsoft 365 (Excel, OneDrive / OneNote).
