What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including compliance, sales administration, and CRM/data management
* Coordinating marketing campaigns, social media content, and branding across sales and property management
* Providing EA‑style support to the Director and assisting the small team of 9 across PM and sales
* Managing reporting, data entry, and ensuring accuracy across systems
What We're Looking For
* Proven real estate administration experience
* Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and a customer‑focused approach
* Team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Cert of Registration and a valid driver's licence required
