The Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven Personal Assistant to support a high-performing Sales Agent. You'll be an essential part of the client journey from prospecting to settlement, helping ensure every transaction runs smoothly and efficiently. This is more than an admin role; it's a career-building opportunity for someone who's ready to take their next step in Real Estate.
About You
You're someone who:
Has a strong background in Administration
Is naturally outgoing with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Thrives on juggling multiple priorities with accuracy and care
Takes pride in presenting professionally and working with integrity
Enjoys being the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that makes things happen
Can work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive team
Is calm under pressure and always thinking two steps ahead
You'll Need:
A current Property Representative Licence
Demonstrated Real Estate experience, ideally within a sales team
Proven ability to manage leads, CRM systems and documentation
Strong administrative and tech skills
An energetic, can-do attitude and love for keeping things on track
