What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the daily operations of the club, including managing staff, coordinating events, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Providing leadership and support to the club's team of hospitality professionals
- Fostering a positive and customer-focused work environment
- Mentor and motivate the team, offering guidance, feedback, and training as needed
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth, effective daily operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during their visit
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Thorough understanding of hospitality operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must have RSA & RCG
- Available to work a versatile fair rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, seven days a week.
