This position will include such duties as:
• Answering of phones in a professional manner
• Taking accurate details for phone messages
• Support all staff to achieve client outcomes
• Construction file preparation
• Compliance certification follow up as directed
• Constant process follow up to strict timelines
• Client liaison as directed
• Administrative support to team members
• Post construction maintenance assistance
