Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Rates: $600/day + Super

Project

The CareSync Exchange project will initially establish the foundation Health Information Exchange platform, with the vision that it will scale to an enterprise solution and enable the sharing of a broad range of patient health information across the VPHS.

Accountabilities

* Provide administrative and project coordination services to enable the delivery of CareSync Exchange, Victoria's health information sharing system, ensuring expectations and communications are clear, unambiguous and are understood and agreed between all stakeholders.
* Supporting managers to ensure that programs of work are agreed, key milestones are identified and that delivery, performance and financial status is tracked and reported to various governance and oversight groups.
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient administration systems and proactively creating and implementing new systems to streamline processes as required.
* Leading the coordination and preparation of meetings including liaison with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating papers, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions, making travel arrangements, and organising reimbursement of expenses (as appropriate).
* Liaising with internal teams and developing effective working relationships to identify and manage risks and assist in resolving issues impacting deliverables.
* Provide clear and timely advice and reporting on project planning, delivery activities and outcomes for a range of stakeholders, including senior officers and project teams.

What you'll need to succeed

* Prior experience in a project management role is preferred. This includes a good understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication skills are required. This includes the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
* Excellent organizational skills are required. This includes the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and work towards long-term goals.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills are required. This includes the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
