We are looking for a positive, motivated individual with client-facing or administrative experience (Financial Services industry background not essential) to join our wonderful Ballarat office. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position.
Your role, your contribution!
* Answering client phone calls as you will be the direct contact for clients and maintaining excellent customer service.
* Various administration tasks including client database maintenance, document management (scanning), client invoicing, lodging tax returns and ATO correspondence.
* Ad hoc perform tasks such as managing mail and preparation of meeting rooms.
What you will bring:
* Experience in customer services, administration, or similar front of house role.
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills and the ability to deal with change.
* Previous experience using the Microsoft Suite and Teams (or similar).
