JUNIOR FINANCE ASSISTANT

An opportunity exists for a full-time Junior Finance Assistant at our Mornington office.
This is an entry level role, and all training will be provided. We are seeking a candidate with a keen interest in accounting and a positive mindset to join our team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Payables
* Company credit card receipt collation and data entry
* Creditor invoice receipting, checking and entry
Receivables
* Overdue debtor correspondence
* Processing and entering client payments
Other accounts tasks as required
Key requirements:
* Minimum Certificate III in Accounting
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
* Experience using Microsoft Office suite (beneficial, not essential)
* Experience using accounting software (beneficial, not essential)
* Experience in an accounting role (beneficial, not essential)
