We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechatronics Engineer with a strong background in designing and building complex electromechanical systems.


Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and test complex electromechanical systems from concept through to production.
* Integrate mechanical structures with sensors, actuators, embedded systems, and control logic.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
* Develop detailed design documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
* Optimize system performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
* Implement and debug industrial automation systems, including PLCs and HMI interfaces.
* Develop and tune precision motion systems using servo motors, linear stages, encoders, and motion controllers.
* Support prototype assembly, testing, and iteration in the lab.
* Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot system-level issues.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant safety, regulatory, and industry standards.


Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in designing and building integrated electromechanical systems.
* Strong understanding of mechanical design, electrical systems, and embedded control.
* Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and circuit design software (e.g., Altium, Eagle).
* Familiarity with motion control systems, including servo/stepper motors and motion controllers.
* Experience with PLC programming, industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherCAT).
* Strong problem-solving and prototyping skills.


Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

* Experience with precision automation, robotics, or CNC systems.
* Hands-on knowledge of system dynamics, control theory, and tuning PID loops.
* Exposure to MATLAB/Simulink or other modeling tools.
* Experience in high-reliability or regulated industries (e.g., medical, aerospace, semiconductor).
