Key Responsibilities
As a full-time Accounts Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.
* Provide general administrative and financial support to the team.
* Reconcile all accounts, including trading statements and bank transactions.
* Assess sales commission computation and prepare accurate financial statements.
* Manage staff onboarding, maintain staff records, and oversee leave and timesheet monitoring.
You will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll, managing enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes, and overseeing customer relationship management (CRM) database management. As the point of contact for other departments on financial, accounting, and compliance matters, you will liaise with various external and regulatory parties.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate must possess:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
* Experience and proficiency in using Xero and Zoho One applications.
* The ability to prioritize effectively and multitask as necessary.
* Adept computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
