About the role
- Being actively involved with all stages of project delivery including tender handovers, project launches, site establishments, risk management, construction staging, and procurement
- Effectively handling safety, time, cost, and quality
- Project planning and programming tasks
- Liaising and coordinating the management of client relationships
- Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against estimates
- Reporting production costs daily, weekly, and monthly
- Procurement of plant, equipment, and material
- Issuing PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs
- Project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System
About you
- Demonstrated relevant experience (min 4 years) as an Engineer on subdivisions and civil infrastructure
- Proven experience with earthworks, roads, pavement, structures, and civil infrastructure
- Experience working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities
- Strong client relationship management
- Excellent rapport with subcontractors
- Contract management experience
