We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Professional. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to patients, their families, and healthcare partners.

* Patient Engagement: Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the outset.
* Appointment Coordination: Coordinate appointments efficiently, managing patient flow and minimizing wait times.
* Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, processing Medicare billing in a timely manner.
* Liaison Role: Develop strong relationships with patients, practitioners, and healthcare partners through effective communication and collaboration.
* Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to our clinical team, contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic.
